When you create an account or contact us, you may give us your name, work email, company name, and the contents of messages you send.
Document content
When you use the service, you submit documents and files for processing. We refer to these, and the outputs generated from them, as Document Content.
Usage and technical information
- API and product usage, such as request counts, processors used, and page volumes.
- Log and diagnostic data, including timestamps, error events, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Device and browser information collected through standard web technologies.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service and its accuracy.
- Authenticate accounts, meter usage, and process billing.
- Respond to support requests and send service-related messages.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use Document Content to train shared models without your explicit permission.
Data retention
We keep account and usage information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention of Document Content follows the defaults described in our data use policy or the terms of your plan.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

International processing
We operate in the United States and may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers are located. Where you need documents to stay within a specific region, self-hosted and regional deployment options are available.
Children
The service is intended for organizations and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
